These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Catyshop to the customer via the website.

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of the customer's visit.
Each product is presented with a description as accurate as possible. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Catyshop reserves the right to modify or withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (β¬).
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed.
Catyshop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be charged at the price in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes a purchase offer.
After the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
Catyshop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:
- An existing dispute with the customer;
- Non-payment;
- Incomplete or incorrect information;
- Or suspicion of fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method available on the website.
Transactions are secured through our partner payment systems.
Catyshop does not store any banking data.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are given as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or destination.
Catyshop shall not be held liable for delivery delays beyond its control.
The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
Products must be returned:
- Unworn;
- Unused;
- In their original packaging;
- With intact labels.
Return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
9. Returns and Refunds
After receipt and inspection of returned items, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Personalised products;
- Gift cards;
- Sale or promotional items (where indicated).
10. Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantees provided by applicable law:
- Legal guarantee of conformity;
- Guarantee against hidden defects.
