Welcome to Catyshop! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of the Catyshop website and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products & Prices We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in euros (€), exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of your order.

3. Orders & Payment Orders constitute a purchase offer and are only confirmed upon our acceptance. Payment is due immediately. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraud, non-payment or incorrect information. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Shipping Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Risk transfers to you upon handover to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of return approval. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of Catyshop and protected by applicable law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Our Services are provided "as is". Catyshop's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
